Disabled Veteran with Service Dog Denied Entrance at the movies in Puerto Rico

    On January 8, 2016, I purchased two tickets for me an a friend to watch a movie at the Caribbean Cinema in Hatillo, Puerto Rico. This was the third time in as many days that I was denied service or entrance at a public facility because of my legimitate service dog while in Puerto Rico. I explained the manager, Lourdes Santiago, the law but she said he was not a “guide dog”, because I was not either blind or deaf. Caribbean Cinema is proudly sponsored by AT&T and IMAX.
