Bensalem resident Joe Cichonski was asked to remove his guide dog Hero from Dr. Priya Punjabi’s office on Bustleton Pike in Lower Southampton. Her reasoning was the office doesn’t allow pets. But Cichonski said Hero had as much a right to be there as he did.
